Create your first project workspace
Give your project a name and describe what you want to accomplish. Project Desk will keep that project’s tasks, decisions, evidence, deliverables, and activity separate.
Plan, review, and continue with ChatGPT
You can look through this guide now. After you create a project workspace, its Overview will show the actions you can use at each stage.
Create a workspace
Enter a workspace name and objective so ChatGPT knows which project and outcome it should work with.
Add what you know Optional
Add known tasks yourself, or begin with an empty workspace. ChatGPT will review existing tasks before suggesting more.
Plan with ChatGPT
Copy the planning prompt into the ChatGPT conversation beside the open app. ChatGPT will organize only the work the project needs.
Review the plan
Review proposed tasks, answer decisions, and add missing information before asking ChatGPT to continue.
Continue the work
Use Copy next-step prompt after updates, or type your own follow-up telling ChatGPT what to do in the open Project Desk workspace.
Review results and repeat
Accept deliverables or request changes, then continue through as many work-and-review rounds as your project needs.
Your workspace data stays in this browser unless you export it or intentionally ask ChatGPT to work with it.
ChatGPT can organize tasks and create reviewable work without making consequential external changes.
